Obama: Texas Will Become Battleground State

In San Antonio on Tuesday, President Obama said Texas, a state he lost in 2008, is not considered a battleground state- “although that’s gonna be changing soon.” Texas hasn’t gone Democratic in a presidential election since Jimmy Carter in 1976.
