Rasmussen: 66% Have A Favorable Opinion Of Bill Clinton

Democrats overwhelmingly believe Bill Clinton and Barack Obama hold similar views on how to fix the economy, but 22% of Republicans and 28% of unaffiliated voters agree. Most of all voters, however, have a favorable impression of the former president.
