UN Condemns Attack In Libya, Offers Condolences

Jeffrey Feltman, the U.N. Under-Secretary-General for Political Affairs and Ibrahim Dabbashi, Libya’s deputy ambassador to the U.N. Have condemned the attack in Libya that killed the U.S. ambassador and three American members of his staff.
