Jesse Jackson: Janet Napolitano Needs To Solve Chicago's Rampant Gun Violence

Appearing on local Chicago TV Reverend Jesse Jackson called on Homeland Security to come to Chicago in light of the gun violence epidemic highlighted by the announcement that there had been 500 gun murders in Chicago in 2012. Jackson asserted its a national security issue because he believes semi automatic riffles like the one used in Newtown can shoot down airplanes.
