NBA Ref Caught Stalling Game For Commercial Time

NBA referee Billy Kennedy was caught on a hot mic telling San Antonio Spurs coach Gregg Popovich and Los Angeles Lakers coach Mike D’Antoni that he was “stalling” the game because television thought the Lakers had called a 20-second timeout when in fact they had called a full timeout.
