Piers Morgan Admits Assault Weapons Ban Won't Stop Mass Shootings

On his special “Guns in America” gun control town hall show tonight CNN’s Piers Morgan says bans and gun control measures will not stop gun violence or mass shootings but it is an appropriate response to Sandy Hook.
