Sen Kerry: We Must 'Get Our Fiscal House In Order'

Senator John Kerry told his confirmation hearing today that a top priority must be the economy for international diplomacy. Kerry explained that it was difficult to consult new governments to exercise fiscal constraint and balance their budgets when America is not doing the same at home.
