'True The Vote' Files Lawsuit Against Election Official

From WPTV: A voter advocacy group has filed a lawsuit against St. Lucie County Supervisor of Elections Gertrude Walker to inspect voting records from the District 18 race between ex-congressman Allen West and U.S. Rep. Patrick Murphy. True the Vote, a nonprofit which stems from a Texas Tea Party group, said in a news release it was denied access to poll books, “voter credit” lists, felon files and other records while trying to perform its own audit of the District 18 race. The lawsuit cites the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 and the Florida Constitution to demand those documents. True the Vote filed the lawsuit in federal court in Fort Pierce. Pamela Wohlschlegel, who heads the Palm Beach County Tea Party, joined True the Vote in the lawsuit.
