Maddow, Gibbs Discuss Obama's 'Secret Law' On Drones

Robert Gibbs tried to answer all of Rachel Maddow’s concerns about the Obama administration’s drone program Monday night on MSNBC. Maddow said that she understood the need for secrecy in drone missions but not in the law the governs those missions. Gibbs could only respond that he was confident that more transparency would come if the drone program were housed under the Pentagon and not a covert government agency.
