Irony: Gov Emergency Alert Test Interrupts Rand Paul Filibuster

An EAS alert for the New York region cut in to Senator Rand Paul’s filibuster today as he was raising concerns over U.S. Government’s ability to kill Americans with drone strikes on U.S. soil.
