Obama 'Angry' About IRS Misconduct

President Obama addressed the nation on Wednesday evening announcing his reaction to the Inspector General’s report into the claim that the IRS had been unfairly targeting conservative groups for additional audits and regulations. “It’s inexcusable and Americans are right to be angry about it and I am angry about it,” the President said.
