Shirtless Man Stuck on Transmission Tower for Four Hours

(KTLA) A man who spent four hours climbing around a 300-foot transmission tower was back on the ground Friday night. Police received a call around 4:20 p.m. that a man was climbing a tower located near Whitnall Highway and Oxnard Street. Read more here.
