Rick Perry Calls Second Special Session on Abortion Bill

Texas Governor Rick Perry will call a second special session of the Texas Senate to hold a vote on a controversial abortion bill. The bill, which would ban abortions on unborn children over 20 weeks old and calls for stronger health standards in abortion procedures, was delayed by a filibuster by state Senator Wendy Davis Tuesday.
