IRS Specialist: Cases Removed From Me After I Recommended Tea Party Groups Approved

Mr. Carter Hull, a Tax Law Specialist with over 40 years of experience testified before the House Oversight Committee on Thursday that cases concerning Tea Party groups 501c3 and 501c4 applications were removed from his responsibility after he recommended some Tea Party groups be approved for a tax-exempt status and given to an agent with less than four months experience.
