Kerry: Al Qaeda 'Best Fighters' Among Rebels

When Secretary Kerry John Kerry was asked about the Syrian rebels expelling Al Qaeda elements from their movement, Kerry said that it was “unfair” to paint the opposition as extremists. Kerry said that the percentage of extremists in the Syrian opposition isn’t as large as some as claimed, but it is true that they are the “best fighters” and have more training than the “moderate” elements of the Syrian opposition.
