DC Mayor: Families Of Victims Have Not Been Notified

District of Columbia Mayor Vincent Gray told reporters late Monday evening that agencies are still working to identify the victims murdered by Aaron Alexis Monday morning at the Navy Yard in Washington, D.C. Gray said that when the victims are identified they will notify the families first of the fatality.
