Metro Police Chief: 12 Fatalities, FBI Taking Lead

Metropolitan Police Chief Cathy Lanier confirmed 12 fatalities on Monday during a press conference at the Navy Yard. Lanier also announced that the FBI would be taking the lead on the investigation into the shooting and the hunt for the two suspects still at large. After the press conference a reporter confirmed that the 12 fatalities did include a hostile shooter who was confirmed dead.
