Boehner: 'It's Time For Leadership'

Speaker of the House John Boehner announced a short-term fix to the debt limit on Thursday in order to entice President Obama to come to the negotiating table. Boehner reminded the administration that “no one gets everything they want” and that he hoped that the temporary raise in the debt ceiling would be seen as a “good faith” effort by the President. Boehner did not address the government shutdown.
