ObamaCare Tech's Email Contradicts Congressional Testimony

Congressman Issa has released an email from September 25th when Henry Chao, Deputy Chief Information Officer at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) sent an email warning it was highly likely the ObamaCare website would not be working on the October 1st launch day. On November 19th he testified to a House Committee he never had that concern. “I never had that thought,” Chao said.
