Graham: All Bets Are Off with Senate Filibuster Beyond 2016

On Mike Gallagher’s radio show on Monday, Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) said since the Democrats tinkered with the U.S. Senate filibuster rule, the Republicans will reinstate it should the GOP take the Senate back after this year’s midterm elections. But he said in 2016 with a Republican president potentially in office, all bets would be off as to how Senate Republicans would handle the filibuster rule with their Democratic counterparts.
