Former American Meteorological Society Head: 'We've Forgotten How to Be Cold'

Former American Meteorological Society head J. Marshall Shepherd downplayed the significance of the recent string of winter weather events on CBS’s “Face the Nation” on Sunday.

Shepherd, however, didn’t outright dismiss the suggestion that anthropogenic climate change is at least in part responsible for the weather when asked by “Face the Nation” moderator Bob Schieffer.
