Gov. Sam Brownback (R-KS) discussed how he was able to turn a budget mess in Kansas into a positive, by restructuring the government, cutting taxes, increasing funds for education, and generating growth in the state. Brownback is rumored to be on the shortlist of potential presidential contenders in 2016.
