Frank Gaffney's Secure Freedom Minute: Thank You, General Boykin

One of the greatest Americans I have had the privilege of calling a friend is retired Army Lieutenant General Jerry Boykin.

He’s a decorated war hero, a leader of our special forces who for thirty-six years operated wherever the nation required a man of his extraordinary skill and courage.

Now the general is being slandered by leftists distorting a joking aside he made to an Israeli reporter to make it sound as though this valiant warrior – who is also an ordained minister – is an anti-Semite.

Perhaps they should check with his children, who happen to be Jewish.

Jerry Boykin has earned our profound gratitude for his past, and continuing, service to this country – not cheap shots from critics far more deserving of the public revulsion they’re trying to foment against him.
