Bill O'Reilly to Arianna Huffington: 'You Need to Be a Little More Fair on that Website'

On Tuesday’s “The O’Reilly Factor” on the Fox News Channel, host Bill O’Reilly interviewed Arianna Huffington about her new book, “Thrive.” O’Reilly, however, also offered some advice to Huffington pertaining to her website, the Huffington Post.

Partial transcript as follows:

O’REILLY: Can I give you one tip though you? You need to be a little more fair on that website. You really do because last night, for example, you know, I did a “Talking Points Memo” that we had called the Malaysian Airline story seven days prior. Well you guys covered that story. But you didn’t mention that that I had called it right. You didn’t even mention it. In fact, you went after me that I you usually do. I’m amused by it. I like it because it gives me good publicity. I want people that read the Huffington Post to watch “The Factor.” So keep doing it. But if you really want to be fair, mention the hard news aspect of the story.

HUFFINGTON: If we didn’t do that, we will do it.

O’REILLY: Scold the guy who did that.
