On Wednesday’s “The O’Reilly Factor,” comedian and talk show host Dennis Miller graded Secretary of State John Kerry’s performance as a diplomat. Miller admitted he had no expertise with Kerry’s position in the cabinet. However, he did evaluate him as a person may tend to overcompensate because of his marital track record.
