On Fox News Channel’s Thursday broadcast of “Hannity,” former Gov. Sarah Palin (R-AK) reacted to President Barack Obama’s handling of the ever-expanding VA Hospital scandal. Host Sean Hannity indicated this seemed to be a pattern and pointed to the lack of a standard of accountability in the Obama administration, which included Attorney General Eric Holder, Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius and now Veterans Affairs Secretary Eric Shinseki.
