Schumer Sets Post-Summer Immigration Deadline, Vows President Will Act

Wednesday on the Senate floor, Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) gave specific details with a threat President Barack Obama will use executive action to change U.S. immigration law.

Schumer signaled the August recess as a deadline implies the president might make the immigration changes in an attempt to help Democrats in the November midterm election.
