Fox News Channel’s “Special Report” anchor Bret Baier sat down with “#MediaBuzz” host Howard Kurtz on Sunday and told Kurtz about his way of dealing with his network’s critics: Ask them if they actually watch the network.
Baier stated, “Most of the loudest critics of Fox haven’t watched.”
He says he responds to angry e-mails by asking “have you watched my show?” According to him, most people say they haven’t, but change their minds and respond “wow, I like the show” after they’ve sat down and watched “Special Report.”
