Scott Brown Calls IRS's Actions 'Fundamentally Un-American'

Thursday on “Fox News Radio,” former Republican Massachusetts senator and current candidate for U.S. Senate in New Hampshire Scott Brown condemned the actions of the Internal Review Service in applying special scrutiny for Tea Party groups seeking tax-exempt status, calling it “fundamentally un-American.”

Brown continued that stories of the lost emails and smashed hard drives “are just not credible” and said the agency “has the ability to collect and levy taxes” and therefore needs to be ran “above reproach.”
