Sebelius: GOP Only Opposed ObamaCare Out of Personal Dislike for Obama

Friday at the Aspen Institute, CEO Walter Isaacson hosted “A Conversation with the Honorable Kathleen Sebelius.” He asked why the Affordable Care Act had become so partisan and the former Health and Human Services Secretary refused to take any responsibly claiming the administration reached out to Republicans during the bill-writing process.

Instead of acknowledging the different political philosophies on the private sector verses government control over health care, Sebelius said it is “disturbing”  how “very personal” the dislike  for “this president” is that the secretary claimed still drives the GOP’s opposition to the Affordable Care Act.
