Hillary Clinton Takes a Much Stronger Position on the Destroyed Malaysian Plane than Obama

“CBS Evening News” played a clip of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton being questioned by Charlie Rose about the appropriate United States response to reports Russian separatists may have shot down Malaysia Airlines Flight MH17 flying from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur, killing all 295 passengers.

Mrs. Clinton quickly shifted the focus to Europe, saying the important question is “what does Europe do.” Clinton said, “if there is evidence linking Russia to this,” the Europeans need to increase sanctions and work closer with the U.S. in aiding the Ukraine.
