PBS Uses Breitbart Report on ISIS in Mosul

During Sunday’s broadcast of PBS’s “NewsHour,” a report displayed an article from Breitbart’s Big Peace on Mosul residents attempting to prevent ISIS militants from destroying historic shrines. 

The Wall Street Journal’s Nour Malas said that “the destruction of religious shrines” “all-out culture offensive” has started to “electrify Iraqi residents of the north” against the “unacceptable encroachment on their history and their shared heritage,” which has led to a “mini-rebellion” against ISIS.
