Dershowitz: I've Seen People Argue Before SCOTUS High

Lawyer and self-described “pot virgin,” who had “never tasted a drug in [his] life,” Alan Dershowitz, said he saw a lawyer successfully argue a case in front of the Supreme Court while high on Saturday’s “Red Eye” on the Fox News Channel.

“I once saw a guy argue a case in the Supreme Court high and he did a very, very good job. He was very loose when the justices asked him questions and he won the case” he stated.  Although, Dershowitz added, “I don’t think people should show up to work high.”
