Former Gov. Howard Dean (D-VT) argued that criticizing President Obama for a report that he missed the majority of his intelligence briefings was tantamount to saying the president was born in Kenya and has “no credibility whatsoever” on Wednesday’s “Morning Joe” on MSNBC.
“This rises to the level of ‘Obama was born in Kenya and he’s Muslim.’ I mean, this is just right-wing blather with lots of money behind it. I saw Crossroads did this, this has no credibility whatsoever. Look, presidents, and leaders, and governors do things differently, and I just think this is ridiculous. I can’t even believe we are talking about this. This is just silly. This is a partisan political ad designed to win elections for somebody in the Senate some place. It has nothing to do with reality” he declared
Dean further added “the idea that President Obama isn’t working hard enough is just silly. The idea that President Obama doesn’t care what ISIS says is just silly. This is part of the Republican attack line.”
