Sunday on CNN’s “State of the Union,’ Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) said that America and our coalition of the willing is losing in the fight against ISIS.
McCain said, “They’re winning and we’re not. The Iraqis are not winning, The peshmerga, the Kurds are not winning,” he added we need a, “fundamental re-evaluation of what we’re doing.”
McCain called for ground troops saying, “You need more boots on the ground in the form of forward air controllers, special forces and other people like that.”
“You have to go after ISIS and Bashar Al-Assad, There’s no boundary between Syria and Iraq. Why should we differentiate?” he added.
