Tuesday on NewsmaxTV’s “America’s Forum,” political consultant Dick Morris pointed to a decades-long polling trend in which the midterm polls have been off by two-to-three points in underestimating the momentum.
Morris said when reading the polls the important thing to look at is who has the momentum which clearly the Republicans do.
