Howard Dean: Where the Hell Is the Democratic Party?

Sunday on NBC’s “Meet the Press;” former Democratic National Committee chair Howard Dean asked, “Where the hell is the Democratic Party?” as he explained last weeks midterm defeat was because of a lack of message.

Dean said, “It was message. Sure it was an off year, we can make all these excuses.” adding, “You cannot win if you are afraid. If felt like, where the hell is the democratic party? Stand for something if you want to win.”
