State Dept Spox: No Retroactive Review of Hillary’s Transparency Violations

Thursday at the State Department daily briefing, spokesman Jeff Rathke told Associated Press reporter Matt Lee the State Department will not “retroactively review” former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton to determine if she potentially violated her memorandum of understanding to be transparent with the Obama administration and list the donors at the time so any potential conflict of interest could be stopped.

Rathke’s statement comes on the heels of the Clinton Foundation having now published online its foreign donors.

In the video below, Matt Lee continues to grill Rathke for the State Department’s  “puzzling” refusal to look into a possible violations by Secretary Clinton.
