Monday on PBS’s “Charlie Rose Show,” former defense secretary Robert Gates said he is “worried” his former boss President Barack Obama wants the nuclear deal with Iran too much.
Gates said,”I think anybody who was ever engaged in negotiation knows to be successful, you have to be willing to walk away from the table. I worry that the agreement has taken on such importance that even if these ambiguities and questions are unanswered, there will be a great reluctance to walk away.”
