Boehner on Hillary’s Statements on Emails: ‘Not True’

Thursday at his weekly briefing, House Speaker John Boehner (R-OH) detailed several of the “not true” statements Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton had made to the press about the controversy surrounding her email practices during her tenure as Secretary of State and the lack of cooperation in turning over those emails to Congress.

Boehner said, “Secretary Clinton said and I’ll quote, ‘it is the fact that we have released all the emails that have any government relationship whatsoever.’ That just isn’t true. She said of Sidney Blumenthal sent me unsolicited emails. That is not true either. And Secretary Clinton said and I’ll quote, ‘there is no subpoena’ regarding her email. That isn’t true either.”
