FNC’s Rod Wheeler: If Texas Deputy Murder Had Been Other Way Around ‘We Would Be Burning Down CVS Right Now’

Amid the on-going development of white Texas Deputy Darren Goforth being shot and killed execution-style allegedly by a black male by the name of Shannon Juruary Miles, former homicide detective Rod Wheeler suggested on Saturday’s “Justice with Judge Jeanine” on Fox News Channel that if the roles had been reversed and Goforth killed Miles, there would outrage and they would be “burning down CVS right now.”

Wheeler, who predicted in December that more copycat murders on police would take place after the murder of two New York officers, called for the outrage from politicians “from both sides of the aisle.”

“The only motive that I can see from a homicide detective’s perspective is the fact that this was a uniformed police officer with a badge on his chest and crosshairs on his back. But not only was he in uniformed police officer, he was a white uniformed police officer and I think this really could be considered a hate crime.”

He later added, “If in this situation were roles reversed, let’s just say real quickly it was a white police officer that shot this thug that shot him last night, we would be burning down CVS right now. We’re not doing that. Where is the outrage? Where are the politicians from both sides of the aisle that’s what I want to hear.”
