Thursday Russian President Vladimir Putin said no Syrian civilians have been hurt from Russian air strikes, despite reports that the Russian airstrike Wednesday destroyed an entire neighborhood and killed 40 people in Homs.
Putin said, “As to different information in the media saying there are victims among the civilians. We are ready for these informational attacks. I’m drawing your attention to the fact that the first information about victims in the civilian population appeared before our planes were even in the air.”
