On Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00p.m at the National Cattle Congress Pavilion in Waterloo, IA, the Iowa Grass Roots Coalition and Cedar Valley Patriots for Christ will host the Iowa Grassroots Coalition Candidate Honest Assessment Summit.
The Iowa Grass Roots Coalition has invited all the major candidates for the republican nomination to attend the summit. Republican presidential hopefuls Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX), Gov. Bobby Jindal (R-LA) and former Gov. Mike Huckabee (R-AR) have confirmed.
Additional speakers will include Jenny Beth Martin, co-founder of Tea Party Patriots, Trevor Loudon, author of the “The Enemy Within,” Gregg Cummings of the Iowa Grassroots Coalition and Tammy Kobza of the Eagle Forum.
The morning will begin with Q&A events with Martin and Loudon. Cummings will speak on tools and engagement resources for local groups. Kobza will give a presentation on the Candidate Honest Assessment Project.
