On the Sunday’s broadcast of “The Cats Roundtable” on AM 970 in New York, Rep. Peter King (R-NY) slammed President Barack Obama for how he has handled ISIS, saying Americans “have lost faith.”

“What the president has to do is stop claiming that we have ISIS contained. I think the American people have lost faith, because they see when things are going poorly, the president isn’t acknowledging it,” King told host John Catsimatidis.

He also added American allies are losing faith because “they’re not convinced the president wants to stay in here.”

“The president is always talking about how we’re going to get out, how we’re not going to do this, how we’re not going to do that, and that is a very uncertain trumpet for a commander in chief to have.”
