Dr. Cornel West, Union Theological Seminary Professor of Philosophy and Christian Practice, a Professor Emeritus at Princeton, argued GOP presidential candidate Donald Trump is “a multi-billionaire pseudo-populist with autocratic sensibilities, and some fascist proclivities” on Friday’s broadcast of HBO’s “Real Time.”

During a discussion of Trump’s exchange on “New York values” with fellow candidate Texas Senator Ted Cruz, West stated that while Trump “did tell the truth in terms of there are beautiful people in New York City, so anybody can stumble on the truth, you know what I mean?” “The problem with Trump is is that he’s a multi-billionaire pseudo-populist with autocratic sensibilities, and some fascist proclivities. That’s what’s dangerous about him.”
