In an interview after Thursday’s presidential debate, Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) talked about his dust-up with Donald Trump, both of which are candidates for the 2016 Republican presidential nomination.
Cruz explained to Neil Cavuto, a moderator in the debate, on Fox Business Network that he liked Trump, insisted he wasn’t attacking him but defending himself.
“I like Donald,” Cruz said. “I continue to sing his praises. I am not attacking him, but I’m gonna defend myself.”
