Friday on Fox New Channel’s “Outnumbered,” co-host Andrea Tantaros joked Bill and Hillary Clinton should get a copy of the sexual harassment manual western European countries are giving to Middle East refugee men in an attempt to address the multiple reports of them grabbing and assaulting women.
Tantaros said, “We could get a copy for the Clinton household, perhaps. Maybe they could use it there.”
