According to WILX, authorities in Tennessee are investigating a woman for posting a photo of her two young children with duct tape over their hands and mouths on Facebook.
Facebook user Jaton Justsilly Jaibabi uploaded the photo, along with the caption: “Kids for sale, 45% off because they bad.”
The photo of the young children went viral, prompting Memphis Police and Tennessee Department of Children’s Services to investigate the incident.
The woman’s cousin claims it was all a joke and people just overreacted. He also added that the kids are safe and loved, but the mother has learned her lesson.
