WaPo’s EJ Dionne: Trump Doing Poorly With Women Because ‘Women Resist Extremists’

Saturday, Washington Post columnist E.J. Dionne said on MSNBC that GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump is struggling with women in the polls “because women resist extremists.”

“In terms of women, yes, [Donald Trump]’s been able to get some votes among Republican women, but his numbers among Independent and Democratic women are terrible,” Dionne said. “He’s losing women in some polls by 20 or 30 points because women resist extremists.”

Dionne then added that Trump “has an enormous problem among women.”
