MSNBC’s Hayes: ‘Wasserman Schultz Vastly Prefers Hillary,’ Doing What She Can Institutionally To ‘Facilitate’ Her Winning

On Tuesday’s “MSNBC Live,” MSNBC host Chris Hayes argued that while Democratic presidential candidate former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton “has won more votes” DNC Chair Representative Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-FL) “vastly prefers Hillary Clinton to be the nominee, obviously, and to the extent that there are things that can be done institutionally and marginally to facilitate that outcome, they are being done.”

Hayes said, “[I]t is clearly the case that when given truth serum, Debbie Wasserman Schultz vastly prefers Hillary Clinton to be the nominee, obviously, and to the extent that there are things that can be done institutionally and marginally to facilitate that outcome, they are being done. It is also the case that she has — Hillary Clinton has won more votes in this contest, and that is why right now, she is slated to be the nominee.”
